[摘要] This Resolution consisting of 10 articles aims at establishing the Technical Committee to encourage the private sector in food security projects. The main tasks of this Committee, chaired by the Minister of Economy and Trade, are: proposing mechanisms to encourage the private sector to participate in the national development; giving support to the private sector; and identifying the government quota of this support. It shall also develop appropriate solutions to any potential or actual conflict
