Export of Fishery (Sanitary) Regulations, 2006 (S.I. No. 10 of 2006).

[摘要] These Regulations, made by the Minister of Environment and Natural Resources pursuant to the Export of Fishery Products Act requires all approved fish exporting establishments, factory, freezer and other fishing vessels to observe all operational and managerial requirements of the FAO Codex Alimentarius and comply with sanitary requirements additional to the Codex imposed by an importing country.
