Act amending the Act on foodstuffs.
[摘要] This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to the Act on foodstuffs. In particular, the present Act amends provisions concerning requirements for safety, composition, technological processes, packaging, labeling, storage and transport of foodstuffs (art. 3 of the amended Act) and establishes the system of rapid alert and risk analysis.
