Regional Law No. 486-Z “On regulation of forest relations”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes that forest management can be carried out with or without allotment of forest parcels, with or without expropriation of forest resources. Management of forest parcels pertaining to public forest shall require payment of fees. Forest declaration stating use of forests shall be submitted annually to state bodies.
