Regulation amending the Regulation on the processing, controlling, audit, import and export of the genetically modified organisms and the products of genetically modified organisms for food and feed.

[摘要] This Regulation amends the Regulation on the processing, controlling, audit, import and export of the genetically modified organisms and the products of genetically modified organisms for food and feed of 26 October 2009 by repealing Provisional Clause (1). The Regulation further appends a new provisional clause on the exportation of products with a control ticked taken before the Regulation entered into force.
