Order No. 51 of the Ministry of Economy validating Provisional Regulation on trade of flour through auction sale.

[摘要] This Order establishes the modalities of trade of flour through auction sale. It establishes that it shall be applicable to all the national enterprises producing, trading and managing flour irrespectively of the form of ownership. Flour purchased through auction sale shall be used exclusively on the national territory and export thereof shall be prohibited.
