Vegetable Grading Act (R.S.N.L. 1990, c. V-1).

[摘要] This Act concerns the grading of vegetables in the Province. The Act provides for standards to be implemented, the appointment of inspectors and their powers (sects. 5-6), certificates of inspectors (sect. 7), offences (sect. 9) and penalties (sect. 10). Under section 3, the standards required of produce in the regulations for interprovincial trade shall apply to the trade of products within the province.
