Ordinance on assignment of DOC to wines from Ticino.

[摘要] The present Regulation lays down basic requirements for wines from Ticino to obtain the DOC denomination. The logo Doc and the indication of related geographical areas are to be assigned exclusively to wines belonging to the first category according to the federal and cantonal legislation. The certification of wines labelled as DOC are solely those produced on the territories and processed in the canton of Ticino and Mesolcina. The wine growing methods have to be those traditional of the region.
