Ministerial Joint Decree No. Y3/3211 implementing Commission Directive 1999/21/EC on dietary foods for special medical purposes.

[摘要] This Decree, in order to comply with the relative European legislation, lays down compositional and labelling requirements for dietary foods for special medical purposes. As from the publication in the Official Gazette of the present Decree, introducing, for the first time into the market, products not complying with this Directive shall be prohibited. In addition, trading of products, which do not comply with this Directive, shall be prohibited with effect from 1 November 2001.
