Export of Meat Act, 1997.
[摘要] This Act regulates the exportation of meat. Meat is defined in section 2. Premises shall be used as an export slaughterhouse unless the premises are licensed as such by the Director of Agriculture, Forests, Fisheries and Meteorology under this Act. No license shall be granted unless the Director is satisfied that not less than twenty-five percent of the meat derived from stock slaughtered in the slaughterhouse during the period for which the license is granted or renewed is intended for export.
