Marketing Act.
[摘要] This Act, made under the responsibility of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Affairs, contains rules relative to marketing practices in Sweden. The object of this Act is to promote the interests of consumers and of trade and industry in connection with the marketing of products and to counteract marketing that is unfair to consumers and businessmen.
