[摘要] According tot the present Order territorial environmental bodies have the competence to issue licences for storage of grain. Issuance of licence shall be subject to the presentation, among other documents, the conclusion of the environmental audit, copy of the authorization for environmental pollution, availability of treatment works and data on the treatment technology for recycling and re-use of industrial and consumption waste and safe storage (storage facilities).
