Milk Classification Order (Man. Reg. 141/2016).

[摘要] The present Order is made under the Farm Products Marketing Act. In particular, section 3 of the above-mentioned Order establishes that components of milk which are sold to processors are classified as listed in this section. The text consists of 5 sections as follows: Definition (1); Application of the Dairy Act and the Canada Agricultural Products Act (2); Classification of milk (3); Adjustments to amounts of milk components (4); Repeal (5).
