[摘要] These Regulations amend the European Communities (Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies and Animal By-products) Regulations 2008 so as to give effect to Regulation (EC) No. 1069/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Regulation (EU) No. 142/2011.
