Ministerial Joint Decision No. 93 amending certain provisions of the Food Code in compliance with Council Directive No. 96/77/EC establishing specific purity standards for food additives other than colourings and sweeteners.

[摘要] In accordance with Council Directive No. 96/77/EC, this Order establishes specific purity standards for food additives other than colourings and sweeteners. Therefore, article 36 of the Food Code and its Annex are hereby replaced. Also for the same compliance purposes certain provisions of Presidential Order No. 535/83 are hereby repealed.
