Ordinance on marketing of poultry.

[摘要] The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources implements various EC directives as listed in article 1. The text – consisting of 10 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: sphere of application, preparation made of fresh poultry meat, slaughterhouses, laboratories, examination of water contents and penalties.
