[摘要] This Chapter of the Florida Statutes, known as “Florida Viticulture Policy Act”, concerns viticulture. The purpose of the Chapter is to support the development of viticulture in the state. To this end, it creates the Viticulture Advisory Council within the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services of Florida.
