Produce (Enforcement of Export Standards) Act.

[摘要] This Act establishes the Produce Inspection Board and provides for the control of produce destined for exportation. The Act shall apply to the produce described in the First Schedule to this Act. The Board shall have advisory functions towards the Minister and States of the Federation. The Act also empowers the Minister to make emergency orders for the control in Lagos of pests affecting produce.
