[摘要] The present Regulations enact the Natural Products Marketing Act. Section 2 establishes that the Prince Edward Island Marketing Council is continued as a body corporate. The Regulations shall apply, inter alia, to every plan of marketing approved under the Act and to every commodity board constituted, appointed or elected pursuant to the Act.
