Jordan Food and Drug Administration Law No.41 of 2008.

[摘要] This Law consisting of 20 articles aims at establishing the Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA) and defining its goals. Main objectives of JFDA are (i) ensure the safety of food stuffs, their quality and their fitness for human consumption; (ii) ensure the safety of drug (medication), its effectiveness and quality; and (iii) ensure the safety of other stuffs specified in the Drug and Pharmacy Law No.80 of 2001.
