Ordinance implementing common hygienic foodstuff provisions.

[摘要] Article 23 of the present Ordinance repeals the following Ordinances: the Food Containers Transport Ordinance of 13 April 1987 (BGBl. I p. 1212), the Fish Hygiene Ordinance of 8 June 2000 (BGBl. I p. 819), the Ordinance on hygiene of foodstuff of 5 August 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2008), the Food Gelatine Ordinance of 13 December 2002 (BGBl. I p. 4538). the Poultry Meat Hygiene Ordinance of 24 July 1973 (BGBl. I p. 4098), the Milk Ordinance of 20 July 2000 (BGBl. I p. 1178).
