Decree No. 423 of the Cabinet of Ministers amending Cabinet Regulation No.292 of 1999 regarding food contamination.

[摘要] Item 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “This Decree establishes mandatory requirements for safety of foodstuffs (at all stages of circulation of foodstuffs) related to allowable microbiological contamination of foodstuffs and alimentary raw materials, level and contents of contamination, that must not represent risks for human life, health and environment”.
