Records and returns by abattoirs and other role-players - Statutory Measure (No. R. 808 of 2005).
[摘要] This Statutory Measure requires abattoirs to render records and returns on cattle, goats, sheep and pigs and products derived from such animals to the levy administrator defined in a Levy Notice issued under the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act, 1996. This is necessary to ensure that continuous, up-to-date and accurate information relating to designated animals slaughtered and marketed is available to all persons involved market so as to enhance the viability of the red meat industry.
