Legislative Decree No. 70 laying down the penalties to be applied in case of violation of Regulation (EC) No. 1829/2003 and Regulation (EC) No. 1830/2003 concerning genetically modified food and feed.

[摘要] This Legislative Decree sets out the penalties to be applied in case of infringement of the provisions laid down in, on the one hand, Regulation (EC) No. 1829/2003 concerning genetically modified food products and feedstuffs and, on the other hand, Regulation (EC) No. 1830/2003 concerning the traceability and labelling of genetically modified organisms and the traceability of food and feed products produced from genetically modified organisms.
