Turkish food codex regulation on microbiological criteria.
[摘要] This Regulation determines the microbiological criteria for foodstuffs and sampling and analysis methods. The Regulation further sets forth the rules to be followed by businesses concerned with production, processing and distribution of food. This Regulation is drafted in accordance with European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No. 2073/2005/EC.
