Order of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries concerning rules for the establishment of reference methods and conditions for the measurement of concentrations of basic volatile nitrogen (TVB - N - Order).(No. 12 of 2002).
[摘要] This Order provides with respect to methods to establish the quantity of TVB-N in fish products as prescribed by the Fish Inspection Decree. The establishment of reference methods is particularly important for exportation of fish products to the European Community. Article 2 gives a definition of TVB-N. The reference method shall be TVB-N steam distillation.
