[摘要] This Order sets regulations with what concerns the monitoring of Salmonella affected cattle. The provisions of the document include slaughtering, sample testing, and study provisions applicable to meat destined to human consumption. Research and inspection shall be performed in DANAK- and EA- accredited testing laboratories.
