[摘要] This Law approves the Forest and Wildlife Basic Legislation, which establishes the norms that aim to guarantee the conservation and rational and sustainable use of forests and wildlife within the national territory, as well as the general bases for the exercise of activities related to them. This Law applies also to biological diversity and related activities, but does not apply to aquatic biological resources, genetic resources and conservation areas that are governed by special legislation.
