TSE-Inspection Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance provides for the monitoring in Germany of the TSE disease. The Länder must carry out a yearly inspection as prescribed by EU Regulations. In case of suspected diseases competent authorities must examine animals and if necessary destroy them. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Monitoring programme (1); Carrying out BSE screening tests (1a); Further measures of competent authorities (3); Implementation of number 3 of Annex 3 of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 270/2002
