Ministerial Decree No. 346 validating the Regulation on the safety of genetically modified organisms.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes safety requirements for genetically modified organisms used for alimentary purposes. Risk assessment of GMOs shall be carried out through laboratory research and testing, including: (a) compositional analysis; (b) physical and chemical property characterization; and (c) nutritional value assessment.
