Decree No. 57 of 2003 relative to a notification duty relative to landing and sale of fish.

[摘要] This Decree imposes a duty of Norwegian vessels to report on the landing of fish for purposes of management of fisheries resources, quota control and fisheries statistics. "Fish" is defined in article 3 and includes marine fishes, crustaceans and small whales and products made of them. The duty to report on landing is set out in article 5, the duty to report on sale of fish. All fish placed on the market shall be marked (art. 8). (12 articles)
