Brewery (Amendment) Act, 2016 (No. 9 of 2016).

[摘要] This Act amends the Brewery Act in section 4 and repeals the Brewery (Amendment) Act, No. 8 of 2005, the Brewery (Amendment) Act, No. 16 of 2005 and the Brewery (Amendment) Act, No. 18 of 2005. Subsection 1 of section 4 now reads: “(1)There shall be levied, charged and collected in respect of beer, the applicable rate of duty as set out in the Second Schedule to the Customs and Excise Duties Act, such duty to be paid into the Consolidated Revenue Fund.”
