Regional Law No. 89-RZ “On targeted social assistance”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes that children of less than three years of age (2 years 11 months 29 days) in accordance with medical certificates shall be provided with full-value nutrition through the network of special nutritional points if average per capita income not exceeding minimum subsistence income per capita. Expenditure for supply of the aforesaid nutrition and infant food shall be covered by the regional budget.
