Animal Origin - Foodstuff Hygiene Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Regulation (EC) No. 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for the hygiene of foodstuffs. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to hygienic requirements for the production, processing and marketing of certain foodstuff of animal origin.
