Decree No. 42 of the Ministry of Public Health validating Sanitary Rules and Regulations setting forth sanitary and epidemiological requirements for infant food producing organizations.
[摘要] These Sanitary Rules and Regulations establish requirements for alimentary raw materials, ingredients, chemical composition, labelling, territory, water supply, sewerage, lighting, microclimate, production and auxiliary areas and facilities, personal hygiene of staff performing infant food production. They shall not be applicable to non-industrial production of infant food, and storage and transportation thereof. Infant food shall be classified into three categories: (a) from birth to 3 years of
