Law "On innovation activity".

[摘要] This Law determines legal, economic and organizational grounds for innovation activity intended as innovative result of intellectual activity. It shall be applicable to relations concerning transfer of results of scientific research activity. It shall be applicable to the sphere of environmental protection. State bodies shall ensure access to scientific and technical information, and right of purchase thereof.
