Food Establishment – Chapter 24 of 10 GCA “Health and Safety”.
[摘要] This Chapter provides for the control of food establishment as defined by sections 1 and 2. Samples of food, drink and other substances may be taken and examined by the Director which may be necessary for the detection of unwholesomeness or adulteration. The Director may condemn and forbid the sale of, or cause to be seized, removed or destroyed any food or drink which is unwholesome or adulterated (sect. 3).
