[摘要] The Circular provides for financial support to farmers engaged in livestock. The support shall cover expenses for: forage crops, both produced yearly or perennially. Heifer purchasing, including partial refunding of the cost of the animal. Artificial insemination, dairy products, including bonus for those farmers using tools equipments compliant with the Ministry requisites. Queen Bees purchasing, Apiculturist Union members receive additional cash. Fish products, producers receive a contribution
