Decree No. 85 of the Ministry of Public Health validating Sanitary Rules and Regulations No. 2.3.4.13-6-2004 “Hygienic requirements for procurement, processing and trade of mushrooms.”

[摘要] This Decree establishes hygienic and sanitary requirements for collecting, processing and vending facilities of mushrooms, and also for technological processes and production control. Technological equipment and packaging materials shall be manufactured with the use of materials authorized for contact with foodstuffs.
