Emergency Powers and Planning (Competent Authority) (Food) (Jersey) Act 1991.

[摘要] This Act designates the Minister for Economic Development as the competent authority in relation to food for the purposes of article 8 of the Emergency Powers and Planning (Jersey) Law 1990. Article 8 of that Law defines powers of the competent authority in relation to food in case of an emergency.
