[摘要] This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of purchase and supply of agricultural commodities, raw materials and foodstuffs for public needs. The aforesaid commodities shall be delivered for regional food reserve fund. Authorized regional state institution in the sphere of agriculture and food shall select producers of agricultural commodities and suppliers thereof for regional food reserve fund and establishes terms and conditions and deadline for delivery of the aforesaid produce.
