[摘要] This Decree approves the Regulation on denomination of origin and geographical indication. This Regulation, consisting of 2 Chapters, divided into 29 articles, establishing the special regime of rights and obligations related to the protection of the appellation of origin and the geographical indication, in particular for foodstuff, salt and handicraft originated from agricultural, silvicultural, fisheries and forestry products.
