[摘要] The present Regulation enacts the Seafood Processing Act. The Regulation lays down general provisions relating to licences and certificates, appeals and inspection. For the purpose of the present Act “processed product” means fish that has undergone primary processing or secondary processing that significantly changed the nature or value of the fish.
