Poultry Meat (Specifications for the Production, Classification, Labelling and Marketing) Law, 2004 (Law No. 280(Ι)/2004).
[摘要] This Law provides for the implementation at a national level of EU Regulations regarding the production, classification, marking and marketing of poultry meat. Aim of the present law is to establish the competent authorities and specify the procedures for implementing the provisions of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 1906/90and Commission Regulation (EEC) No. 1538/91. It also establishes sanctions to be applied if trespassing of the provisions of the aforementioned Regulations is verified. Article
