Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 201) B.E. 2543 (2000) Re: Some Particular Kinds of Sauces.

[摘要] In this Notification, some particular kinds of sauces refer to chilly sauce, tomato sauce, papaya sauce, flour sauce or coloured flour sauce, and mixed sauces thereof. They are prescribed to have qualities or standards. Clause 4 provides for the quality requirements to be satisfied by such sauces.
