Food Additives, Flavourings, Enzymes and Extraction Solvents (Scotland) Regulations 2013 (S.S.I. No. 266 of 2013).
[摘要] These Regulations implement Community legislation relating to food additives. They define offences and, among other things, regulate the use of extraction solvents, assign the duty of enforcing these Regulations to food authorities, provide that, if a product fails to comply with certain requirements or that food is placed on the market contrary to a specified prohibition, the food will be treated for the purposes of the Food Safety Act 1990 (with certain modifications) as failing to comply with
