[摘要] The purpose of the present Regulation is to carry out efficient control over the production and circulation of alcohol products and tobacco and fraud repression in the aforesaid sphere. The Regulation establishes the modalities of cooperation between Federal Executive Bodies entitled to exercise control over the production and circulation of alcohol products and tobacco and timely disclosure and repression of fraudulent actions in this sphere in accordance with Federal Laws, Presidential Decrees
