Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Health and Safety at Work) (Chemical Agents) Regulations 2010 (S.I. No. 330 of 2010).

[摘要] These Regulations implement, in relation to United Kingdom ships, Council Directive 98/24/EC on the protection of the health and safety of workers from the risks related to chemical agents at work. The Regulations impose certain duties on employers and other persons in relation to, among other things, assessment of health risks and reduction of risks. They apply certain regulations also to non-United Kingdom ships when they are in UK waters.
