Federal Law No. 248-FZ amending Federal Law No. 53-FZ on state purchase and delivery of agricultural commodities, raw materials and food.

[摘要] Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “6. Agricultural commodities, raw materials and food delivered for state needs shall comply with compulsory requirements established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on technical regulation, and also in accordance with particular terms and conditions established by public contracts”.
