Ministerial Decree implementing Commission Regulation (EC) No. 753/2002 of 29 April 2002 laying down certain rules for applying Council Regulation (EC) No. 1493/1999 as regards the description, designation, presentation and protection of certain wine sector products.

[摘要] Hereby are laid down national provisions for implementing Regulation (EC) No. 753/2002 as regards the description, designation, presentation and production of certain wine sector products. Three Annexes are attached. Annex I contains the list of the synonyms of vine varieties included in the national official classification that may appear on the labelling. Annex II refers to the national derogations as regards the use of vine varieties.
